The general public is also taking cues and reducing their waste by reusing cloth masks and foregoing gloves when they shop or go out to eat, choosing to sanitize their hands, instead. While these choices may seem insignificant alone, together they help to save our oceans.
Surely the Democratic tent is big enough to accommodate all generations and to take the best bits of each factions climate defense plans and blend them into supportable legislation that puts the necessary policies and programs into place. Every generation depends upon it.
Times of turbulence usually precipitate great change, and we are certainly on the brink of great change. Which direction we go in is entirely down to us – how we spend our money, how we vote, how we engage with our community. I hope the opportunity isn’t wasted.
