I’m nobody special. I’m a Californian, born and raised, and have spent more than 20 years involved in activism around environmentalism, union organizing, anti-racist work, and the broader movement to oppose Capitalism. I have some ideas and want to share them, hence this blog, but I don’t represent any movement or organization and can only speak for myself.
Why oppose Capitalism?

Why Mutualism and not Communism?
Mutualism is a radically decentralized market-based form of socialism. In a mutualist economy, corporations do not exist, businesses are owned collectively by the people who work in them, and public services (water, power, internet, etc) are owned by the communities they serve.

California is burning. Again.
If we want to stop the fires, we have to decolonize California.
That decolonization must necessarily include restoring the rights of native people and humbly asking for their guidance.
