DR. GABOR SASS is a sustainability specialist at Sassafras Consulting and a part-time assistant professor at Western University where he teaches courses related to environment and sustainability. Gabor is a passionate advocate for urban sustainability at London’s City Hall and a tireless community organizer in Kensington Village having initiated projects such as Wood Street Park Food Forest and Pollinator Pathways Project.
