Alia Armistead is Coordinator for Melbourne’s Breakthrough National Centre for Climate Restoration, a small, independent think tank that undertakes climate change research and advocacy, with the goal of restoring a safe climate. She is also a Research Assistant at RMIT, looking at biochar technology to develop new circular economies in connecting urban and agricultural wastes and emissions. Alia will be attending COP24 in Poland as a delegate for Global Voice
