Loriane Ngarambe

Loriane Ngarambe is the Community Engagement Specialist with Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI). She is a former refugee from the Democratic Republic of Congo and has been a Rochester, NY resident since her arrival to this country. In her current role, she oversees the community engagement efforts of RMAPI, focused on ensuring that the voices and lived experiences of those most affected by poverty are present and infused in every aspect of RMAPI discussions, strategies and decision making.
