Being a daughter of refugees, Lannie Duong (she/her) has volunteered with the International Rescue Committee, Opening Doors Inc, World Relief, and NorCal Resist. With her PharmD, she worked with underserved populations for 12+ years, and volunteered with the Sacramento Medical Reserve Corp during the pandemic to vaccinate under-represented communities against COVID.
