Keiko Yokoyama was Associate Professor at Hiroshima University (Japan) and a visiting scholar at UC Berkeley and University of Oslo. I received Ph.D from UCL in 2003. I am the author of Reasoning Higher Education Change (Peter Lang 2013) and Government, Policy and Ideology (University Press of America 2010).
