Jorrit Smit is a Science & Technology Studies researcher at Leiden University. He investigates the politics of promises and expectations around emerging climate mitigation technologies, like green hydrogen. Together with artist Naïmé Perrette he is also working on a film about the search for an unexpected energy fix: natural hydrogen.
