Colin Murphy is a climate and ecological justice organizer and writer. An active member of the Democratic Socialists of America’s Ecosocialist Working Group (DSA-EWG), he contributed to the group’s Guiding Principles for an Ecosocialist Green New Deal and is actively organizing ecosocialists across the country towards a radical Green New Deal for food and agriculture. Colin is a co-chair of the East Bay DSA’s Green New Deal Committee. He currently resides in his home region of the San Francisco Bay Area/Unceded Ohlone territory, where he has also been active in movements for racial justice.
