Cindy Anders, a mother, teacher and journalist, keeps looking for ways to help humanity reset its course. For her, that work has meant tending gardens, cooking for a shelter, teaching yoga and middle school, serving on committees and boards. Often, it has meant sharing stories that inform and lift us up. Look for her behind the Redwood Curtain, on unceded Wiyot land, swimming, hiking and loving the big trees of northern California.
