Alexander Panez Pinto is an activist in the movement for the defense of water, land and environment – Chile (MODATIMA). He holds a PhD in Geography from the Fluminense Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and currently is Assistant Professor at the University of Bio-Bio in Chile.
