When casualties overwhelm battlefield doctors, they are often forced to sort the wounded into three groups: those who will survive without treatment, those who will likely die even with treatment, and those who will probably live but only with treatment. The Swedish Government has set a new policy target: the creation of the conditions necessary to break Sweden´s dependence on oil by 2020. It is already a major competitive advantage for Sweden´s industry and the economy that, by international standards, Sweden is not so dependent on oil.
