Sorry for the interruptions

The dreaded message "DB Error. connect failed" met Energy Bulletin readers for several hours during the last few weeks.

The good news is that it appears to be a genuine database (DB) problem and not an attack, according to Energy Bulletin technical head AF.

We hope to have the problem solved for good soon. Sorry for the interruptions.
