Oscar Reyes

Oscar Reyes is an Associate Fellow of the Institute for Policy Studies. He is a freelance writer and researcher focusing on climate and energy finance, the Green Climate Fund, carbon markets, environmental and economic justice. Oscar Reyes worked at Carbon Trade Watch, a former project of the Transnational Institute. His publications include Change Finance, Not the Climate (TNI/IPS, 2020) and he is co-author of Carbon Trading: how it works and why it fails (TNI 2015). From 2005-2008, he was TNI Communications Officer and co-editor of Red Pepper magazine.
